Now in its 20th year, this years European Ford Event promises to be bigger and better than ever.
The Ford XR / RS club of Holland Will once again be holding Their biggest European Ford Event of the mainland.
After Several successful years at Baarlo Speedway track, and at Sevenum, Both near Venlo, the show moved south in 1999-2009 to the Large Sports Stadium at Landgraaf. Now since 2010 we are moved to the mittle of the Netherlands

The show it self:
Usually there was an attendance of 2000 vehicles, with Ford clubs from all over Europe, it's an opportunity to see all the stuff you have never seen before. RS2600's, 2-XR by Sierra, Taunus, Germantown RS1600i Spec's, etc, etc. Dutch insurance rules allow any modification at no extra cost, so They Are Writing customization / modifications and tuning in a big way. Ford UK have taken many of the honors in the competition, so if you have a tidy engine, get it Entered. They prefer totally original, with just the odd scratch, rather than mint but restored. And you do not need the RSOC logbook. The Ford XR / RS club sprint and slalom events Traditionally run down the track all day.
Anyone can Participate. Especially the sprint races are favored by all Ford fans and are a guarantee for a lot of spectacle and quite a few drivers embarrased ...!
Note the following:
With the meeting being a one-day event, Saturday is normally the "Nurburgring-Day" for the RSOC-members who come over to Holland for the weekend.
This legendary track (about 14 miles long) is a 3.5 hour drive from Flevo Nice, 247 km away.
